- Comprehensive travel folder including the itinerary and all booking confirmations.
- Flight research, booking, and monitoring for lower fares.

- Suggested accommodations and daily activities decided jointly by Adventure is Knocking and the travelers. Accommodation and activity bookings can be executed by Adventure is Knocking on behalf of the traveler.
- Information on all travel documents needed, special permits or reservations required, and timelines/deadlines for booking those permits or reservations.
- Suggested packing lists, attire, gear, helpful apps, and other helpful information for the travelers’ chosen destination.
- Optional consultation on utilizing the best travel credit cards to help pay for travel costs and gain additional benefits during the vacation. Any rewards programs already used by the traveler(s) will be taken into consideration and used when applicable to save on travel costs.
Platinum Plus Package - $479 (up to 7 days) $579 (up to 14 days) Includes:

- Day-by-day custom itinerary creation based on the travelers’ interests along with Adventure is Knocking’s experience and expertise. The platinum plus package itinerary will include every detail we can think of, including but not limited to comprehensive details on each day’s pre-booked activities and/or our suggested activities to choose from, transportation details to/from each activity or new location, meal planning suggestions, restaurant and grocery store suggestions, specific directions and instructions for every activity/hiking trail/day trip/meeting point/etc., nightly lodging information, and more.
- Comprehensive travel folder including the itinerary, all booking confirmations, detailed information for every activity booked or suggested, detailed printouts and maps for day tours, self-guided tours, hiking trails, and more.
- Flight research, booking, and monitoring for lower fares.
- Rental car research, booking, and monitoring for lower fares.
- Suggested accommodations and daily activities decided jointly by Adventure is Knocking and the travelers. Accommodation and activity bookings can be executed by Adventure is Knocking on behalf of the traveler.

International Travel Packages to Non-Experienced Destinations
International destinations that we have not yet personally planned and experienced will be subject to an additional fee since the research involved will be much more extensive. Although we encourage you to visit one of the MANY locations we have been to worldwide and listed above, we are more than happy to build an itinerary of your dreams to anywhere in the world and promise it will be worth it!

Any trip that is a “package deal” like an all-inclusive resort, a group tour package, a cruise, etc.
- $99 – First Choice Location Research & Booking Assistance for the package/cruise/resort/tour/etc.
- Add on Second & Third Choice Location Research - $49 each additional location
- Add on Flight Research & Booking Assistance starting at $49
- Add on Airport Transfer Research & Booking Assistance $30
- Add on Excursion/Day Trip/Activities Research & Booking Assistance $49 for up to 2 excursions/activities, or $89 for up to 4 excursions/activities. $30 for each additional booking.
- Other add-on services can be discussed as needed. Additional fees will be discussed with each client based on the need.
Non-Package Consulting Call or Research & Booking Assistance
Doing all the planning on your own but have specific questions about your trip you would like to ask about or get recommendations for? Schedule a 30-minute consulting/advising call and we will cover up to 2 categories with you.
- $49 - Consultation Call covering the following but not limited to: Rental Cars, Required Documentation/Permits, Accommodations, Travel Insurance
- $49 for up to 2 researched activities or bookings, $30 for each additional activity or booking
Custom Packages
Some itineraries and trips don’t fit nicely into any specific category above and may be a combination of several services. Adventure is Knocking will customize any package with the client that will fit their desired travel plans and the final package price will be discussed and decided upon after the consultation call is complete.
The Fine Print
Total cost of packages will be Package Price + Additional Fees Established + Applicable Sales Tax.
$75 is due upon scheduling of the initial Consultation Call and will be applied to the package cost. If the traveler(s) decide not to book a package with Adventure is Knocking, the consultation call fee is non-refundable.
The remainder of the package fees can be paid in full following the consultation call or can be broken into two payments: first payment following the consultation call, second payment 30 days after.
Add on fees can be established between Adventure is Knocking and the client at any point during the planning process if a desired service is not included in the original package and the client would like to add on the service.
There will be a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card payments.
Any Gold, Platinum, or Platinum Plus Package booked with Adventure is Knocking that has a departure date less than 90 days from the date of the consultation call is subject to a $99 additional fee.
Vacations over 14 days will be subject to an additional fee that will be discussed and established during or right after the consultation call.
Vacations including more than one immediate family or more than 5 individuals traveling together will be subject to additional fees established during or right after the consultation call.
All fees are non-refundable. Package fees are only transferable if there are trip disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, and the dates can be shifted and rebooked with the same destination and original itinerary intact. These transfers of package fees may result in extra time to rework the details bookings and may be subject to additional fees charged at an hourly rate of $50/hr. Adventure is Knocking is not responsible for any third-party booking refunds/non-refunds due to cancellations by the traveler(s).

Consultation Call Gift Card

Give the gift of travel planning - This gift card covers the one-hour planning Consultation Call with the owners of Adventure is Knocking, LLC. That amount is then applied to the package of the clients' choice.
Tax will be added onto the gift card amount so that your recipient will not pay tax on that amount and will only pay tax on the planning package they choose.
